A Gameday Good for your Gameday Gal: Valentine’s Day Chocolate Mousse

We’re about to get a little romantic over here at TVG. Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, so we thought we should offer a humble suggestion for dessert. This chocolate mousse is sure to delight on Valentine’s Day, even if your romantic partner happens to be a pesky Packers fan.


  • Boxed mousse
  • Whipping Cream (35%)
  • Strawberries
  • Icing Sugar
  • Vanilla
  • Milk or water

Step 1: The Liquid & Mousse Go on a Date

In a medium sized bowl, mix in either water or milk to your pack of mousse. The amount of liquid will depend on the mousse you’re using. Just follow the instructions, people.

Step 2: Time to Beat It

After turning on the Michael Jackson classic, start beating your liquid & mousse packet on high with a hand mixer.1 This step will take around 3 minutes.

Step 3: Refrigerate and Prep Whipping Cream

Time to let everything cool down and solidify. Place your mousse in the fridge. Once at desired consistency, remove from fridge.

To make your whipped cream, pour your cream into a medium bowl.2 Beat on high until peaks form. Add a small amount of vanilla and icing sugar.

Combine your mousse, cream, and strawberries within a romantic receptacle. Simply stand back and let Cupid shoot his arrows. Have a great Valentine’s Day, and enjoy the chocolate mousse.
